The historical case in which New Jersey Supreme Court wrote the poetic
and haunting condemnation of serrogate parenting contracts in which

- New Jersey vs Bellucci (New Jersey Supreme Court 1981) -

- In Re Mountain Ridge State Bank (New Jersey 1991) -

- Resolution Trust Corporation vs ABC Corporation (New Jersey Supreme Court 1992)

- New Jersey vs Reuben "Hurricane" Carter (New Jersey Supreme Court-U.S. Court of Appeals). Mr. Cassidy was a member of the legal team of a period of 8 years representing Reuben "Hurricane" Carter, which won Mr. Carter, a famous professional boxer, his freedom, after 20 years of court proceedings.
