2: Attorney of record and chief counsel in Acuna vs Turkish, 354N.J.Super.8500,808,A.2d 149 (App. Div., N.J., 2002).

The first and only case of its kind which establishes the duty of a physician to make discolsures to a pregnant mother of a biological nature concerning her unborn child, and establishes a claim for the emotional distress of the mother due to the death of a child in utero in very early gestation.
